Keyholder

It's important that someone close by has a key to your home, regardless of the length of time you plan to be away.

​

We will hold your key in a secure location.  If you need someone to meet a vendor or let an unexpected guest in, just contact us via our portal.  We can also serve as your security alarm service notification contact.

​

If you need someone to stay with a contractor for the duration of the job, hourly rates will apply.

Concierge​

​

Our concierge services include:

  • Start/idle stored vehicles

  • Water plants

  • Accept deliveries and forward mail

  • Stock pantry and refrigerator as requested.

  • Do you need something not listed here?  Just ask!
